Kids TRX Sports Conditioning
Ready to help your child perform better, gain

Fitness Rehab is introducing a new kids
TRX sports conditioning program!

The kids TRX sports conditioning program will help increase your
child's strength, core stability, flexibility,
muscular endurance, and balance all while having fun
without the use of weights.

While most experts warn that weight training at a young age can dam- age a child's growth plates,
they all are unanimous in encouraging kids to use their own body weight to build strong bones,
protect joints from sports related injuries as well as promote healthy blood pressure and
cholesterol levels.

Each class will be new and challenging with an emphasis on form and
the proper technique to help
build strength and prevent injury on the field.

Class schedule: Tues. & Thurs. beginning January 7

Time: 4:30-5:30pm ages 6-9

5:30-6:30pm ages 10-13

Fee: $100/8 sessions
